Punch upon Arrival: Mock Champagne

Mock Champagne: Mix equal parts of very cold ginger ale, club soda and white grape juice. Add a few raspberries to the glass before filling. It is best to make small batches so the bubbles will be strong.
Celebration Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette Wash and dry organic baby lettuce: Drain and dry 2 cans of mandarin oranges. Toast 1 cup of pecans and chop. Crumble one cup of feta cheese. Place the lettuce in the bottom of a large salad bowl. Tip: A clear salad bowl makes a beautiful showing as all the colors show through. It is so pretty, you can use the bowl as your centerpiece. Next place the mandarin oranges on top of the lettuce. Sprinkle on the pecans. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese Balsamic Vinaigrette ¼ cup balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon minced garlic ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper ¼ cup olive oil 2 dashes of hot sauce Mix all ingredients in a shaker bottle, dress the salad and toss right before serving. Enjoy!
Ranch Butter Biscuits: Take one bag of Mary B’s Tea Biscuits, place on a cookie sheet and let set at room temperature for 10 minutes. Make sure the biscuits are touching each other. Melt one stick of butter and mix with one envelope of dry ranch dressing mix. Brush on top of the biscuits and bake according to the package directions.
